Each and every Cutting Tool is accompanied with process data sheet and all the processes are followed by stage inspection.
All the cutting tools which are manufactured are heat treated by SALT-BATH process which is considered to be the best. It guarantees uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life.
The Standards followed are BIS, BS, DIN, ASA, JIS and GOST etc. or as per our customersâ€™ requirement and specifications.
Quality Assurance System
The raw material is procured from Bohler High Performance Metals India Pvt. Ltd. which is a Subsidiary of Bohler Austria.
The stored raw material is identified by the color code through the application of colors on the face as well as length of stored material. In addition, all raw material bars are provided with unique identification number. The records are maintained to facilitate the identification of the suppliers as well as material. This identification number is kept intact until the entire length of the bar is consumed.
Periodic Calibration of the testing equipment and measuring instruments is done as per BIS standards with the help of meters and master gauges or through some outside agencies/NABL Certified Labs.
Process Control (Heat Treatment)
In the heat treatment furnace, the temperature is being controlled using controllers and Digital Temperature indicators, Optical Pyrometer, Infrared Radiation pyrometer and thermocouples.
The assessment of the tool to be manufactured is done at almost each and every stage of the machining while keeping the required finishing/grinding margins as well as expansion tolerances during the heat treatment process. After heat treatment, the tools are manufactured to close tolerances according to the standard specifications or specific requirements of the customers as per drawings etc.
Maintenance of Quality Records
The maintenance of quality records for special as well as standard tools manufactured as per customers drawing and specifications is being maintained by preparing drawings and by keeping a record of the same by giving specific job / reference number to facilitate repeated orders.

We have installed state of the art CNC P26 Klingelnberg Measuring Machine along with software for the inspection of Gear Hobs, Master Gears, Gear Shaving Cutters, Gear Shaper Cutters as well as Unknown Gears. We also provide lead and profile graphs of the tools and can ensure reverse engineering of the components performed on the machine.
